Hayward was entrusted to perform as the prime mechanical contractor in a Design/Build capacity for this three-story 51,300 square feet commercial office facility. The design included three variable air volume (VAV) roof-top air handling units each supplying 50-tons of cooling and a state of the art Carrier VVT DDC control system. The units fed each floor via loop ducts that supplied Carrier VAV fan powered and standard VAV boxes with electric reheat coils. Upon completion, Hayward then continued working in the building providing design and installation services for the build-out of two tenant spaces.
