During the technology boom, meeting the job schedule was everything. Many technology companies and general contractors relied on Hayward to complete their fast track projects on time and on budget. Upon lease of an entire floor at 303 E. Wacker, Scient, Inc. required a short ‘move-in’ schedule to continue business as usual. Hayward was entrusted to complete the HVAC renovations as necessary to meet an on time move-in date. The project included the renovation of approximately 36,000 square feet of office space including open office, private office, and server rooms. All ductwork was exposed and constructed in Paintlock for painting. Hayward worked closely with manufacturing factories to ensure the equipment was supplied on time.
