Computer Room Upgrade

Hayward was the prime mechanical contractor for the renovation of part of Abbott Hall on Northwestern’s Chicago Campus. The server/computer facility project included the installation of two new A/C units and a complex DDC control system. Work was performed on a rigorous schedule in order to finish by the start of the school year. In addition, work had to be performed while the building and surrounding spaces were still occupied by employees and students.
